This Privacy Notice explains how Prompt Xchange LLC, doing business as PromptXchange Labs ("PromptXchange Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information through our website at promptxchange.io and our software products.
Where an app has its own notice, that notice controls exclusively for that app and supersedes this one for that app. This studio Notice covers the promptxchange.io website and any app that does not post its own notice.

Some of our utility apps and pages — BestSyncTime and Curious Units — are supported by advertising and use analytics to understand usage.
Google AdSense. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may use them to show personalized ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings or aboutads.info/choices.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to measure usage so we can improve our products. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Where required by law, we request consent before activating non-essential advertising and analytics technologies. Our apps are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly use these technologies to serve targeted advertising to children.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our products:

For the promptxchange.io website and our general-audience utility apps, we keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Notice or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. Advertising and analytics data are also subject to the retention controls of the providers described in the Advertising and analytics section.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including that we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. The promptxchange.io website and our general-audience utility apps — including BestSyncTime and Curious Units — are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these properties.
Our learning app IQnition is a separate product governed exclusively by the IQnition Privacy Notice, which includes COPPA-compliant parental consent and other child and student protections.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may process and store information in the United States and other countries with different data-protection laws. By using our products, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.
We may update this Notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
